Motorcycle Mechanic Services are completed by Wrench & Ride Noco. By engaging in services you agree to the following.
I, the Client, authorize the aforementioned work order and promise to pay in accordance with the payment terms.
1. Acknowledgment of Risk
I, the undersigned client, understand and acknowledge that motorcycle repair and maintenance involves inherent risks, including but not limited to mechanical failure, improper installation, or unforeseen complications that may result in property damage, serious injury, or death.
2. Assumption of Responsibility
I accept full responsibility for any risks associated with the repair, maintenance, or inspection services performed on my motorcycle, whether arising from the condition of the motorcycle, the parts used, or the services performed.
3. Guarantee or Warranty
I understand that Chris Pietsch, operating as a mobile motorcycle mechanic, provides services “as-is” and does not guarantee or warrant any specific outcome or performance. I acknowledge that motorcycles must be maintained and inspected regularly, and I am responsible for ensuring the safety and roadworthiness of my vehicle after service.
4. Release and Waiver of Liability
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Chris Pietsch or any of his agents, representatives, or affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to the services performed.
5. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chris Pietsch from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising out of or resulting from my use or operation of the motorcycle following the performance of services.
6. Consent to Service
By signing below, I authorize Chris Pietsch to perform the services discussed and agree that I have provided all relevant information about the condition of the motorcycle and any prior known issues.
7. Governing Law
This Release shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
